Here are three ideas, with recipes to get you out of the make-dinner-fast-rut.

Meal One
Wild salmon topped with a mix of crushed garlic, maple syrup and dried dill baked in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until it flakes throughout. Steam chopped carrots for about 10 minutes and add in broccoli for the last five. Offer greek yogurt, a drizzle of honey and berries (fresh or frozen) for dessert.
