Kick Start Healthy Eating Meal Plan (2010)
Making a meal plan for yourself is challenging without knowing which foods to combine to balance your blood sugar level or how much to eat at one meal. Get going without questioning if you are doing it right, and with the expertise of a nutritionist's know-how.
Start with the seven-day Kick Start Healthy Eating Meal Plan. It won't be painful, I promise. It's been followed by many including all of us at Sprout Right who've enjoyed the new recipes, ideas and having a week's meal plan (and shopping list of what you'll need) to follow without thinking! Why not get your partner or friends onboard too? Research shows that if you embark on something new with another, you're much more likely to stick with it.
Is it suitable for you?
It's perfect for anyone at any stage of their life - pregnant, breast feeding, pre- or post- babies (yes, it's easy enough to follow with a new baby!) or even grandma and grandpa. Call it a healthy eating plan, a new start or new habit—whatever gets you motivated. If you have any medical conditions, the meal plan is all about super healthy eating while supporting your blood sugar levels and shouldn't interfere with what you are taking – but do check with your doctor to be sure.
What are you going to gain?
- More energy and stamina to get through your day without the afternoon crash and leap for sugary treats to keep you going til dinner.
- You'll probably shed a pound or two in the process too! And get rid of any bloated feeling. If you're pregnant, you can keep up your calories with really nutritious food and start healthy eating habits by increasing the quantity and having a snack later in the evening.
- A detailed meal plan for seven days, a shopping list with brand names and where to buy your products, and new fast and simple recipes for the week and beyond.
- Supplement recommendations to get you feeling in top shape faster, while you eat nutrient rich foods and eliminate potential food sensitivities that might be contributing to bloating and holding onto some extra weight that you've been trying to shift. Contact us to place an order.
Sound good so far? This is just what you need to get you back in to the swing or the start of healthy eating and feel great!

Back to Basics Family Meals Class Booklet:
What better way to be eco-conscious, savvy with your $$ and health conscious than to learn how to make nutritious home-cooked family meals. Busy lives can lead to packaged and processed meal options that can be less nutritious, and cost more than you'd like to spend.
This booklet contains material from the three evening cooking class series, teaching you how to cook and organize meals for you and your family. It includes a list of essential pantry items, what cuts of meat are suited to different dishes, food safety tips and information, and how to purchase fresh and safe food, including fish, meat and poultry. Also included are 30-minute recipes for fast, tasty and nutritious meals along with lunch ideas and recipes, snack recipes, and freezer meal recipes along with menu planning charts to help you plan meals for your family.
These recipes are tried and tested with over 300 babies in our Mommy Chef classes who are growing up with a palate for a vast variety of tasty foods. We strongly believe these recipes help to avoid the picky toddler phase and help your baby to grow up with healthy eating habits and an appreciation for what is good food.
