Healthy Eating Meal Plan – Stage 2 helps you continue your new habits of super healthy eating. It includes new recipes, meals and shopping list. If you’re hoping to lose weight, start here by reducing your food intake by 15% - leave just less than 1/4 of your meal on your plate. If pregnant or breastfeeding then maintain your usual food intake.
