At Your Location

If you have a location, are a group or centre wanting to have a workshop on any of the topics listed below, a Sprout Right Nutritionist can come and speak at your location.

A workshop can also be organized for your group at Sprout Right HQ in Bloor West.

Cost: $25 per person (plus HST) with a minimum of six people.

There will be no extra charge to hold your workshop at Sprout Right HQ.  Travel time and fuel charges will apply to locations outside of Toronto.  


Starting to Feed Your Baby Solids

Starting solid food can be a daunting time… how do you start, what do you start with, how much, what time of day are all questions at the top of every new mom's list. You will receive handouts to guide you on what you need to know.

Making Homemade Baby Food

Making homemade baby food is simple, fast and economical - when you know how. It exposes your baby to 'real' tastes and promotes great eating from the start well into toddlerhood. It's more nutritious and you'll taste for yourself the difference between home made and store bought. Handouts and recipes are included.

What To Do After Puree

How to move on to 'the next stage' of feeding your baby solids. Introducing chunkier meals and finger foods opens a Independent feeding of finger foods and offering chunkier meals is a whole new step for everyone. Gagging can be normal at around nine months, but what to do when chunks, lumps and bumps are rejected? Handouts and recipes (including a list of finger foods) are included.
